Tasting Notes The Nottage Hill Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in colour with brilliant clarity. This wine has aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit with a hint of grassy aromas. On the palate the wine is fresh and soft with gooseberry fruit with subtle herbaceous overtones and crisp acid. This wine has been crafted to drink as a young wine.
