The Nottage Hill Shiraz is deep plum in colour and exhibits spicy blueberry, plum and black pepper aromas. These characteristics are carried through on the palate where the wine is rich and generous displaying plum, chocolate and pepper with soft tannins well balanced and with persistent length.
