Lindemans Bin 95 Sauvignon Blanc is a reliable, all-purpose wine made in a unoaked style, which highlights the variety’s distinctive, fresh herbaceous and tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Colour: Excellent light, pale green colour. Nose: Showing its varietal character, the bouquet shows typical fresh floral, herbal and grassy aromas. Palate: This fresh, medium bodied style has an elegant structure and flint dry, herbaceous fruit characters with no oak to intrude upon the natural flavours. The palate is very fresh, mouth filling and complex, reflecting the attributes derived from the different regional component wines. It finishes dry with cleansing acid and good length.
