Colour: A vibrant medium lemon-green colour. Nose: Fragrant aromas of grass and citrus abound with a background of subtle malolactic fermentation characters and a dusting of sweet, subtle nutty oak. Palate: The Colombard and Chardonnay characters combine to produce medium bodied, austere fruit flavours with a creamy, soft, nutty mid palate and long, crisp acid finish.
